How can I order?

To order just add the products to the shopping cart. Once you fill out the form and make the payment you will receive an email with confirmation.

Can I change the delivery address after the payment has been made?

Yes, you just have to send an email to info@ocactuu.com and mention the order number and the new address.

You can send an email to info@ocactuu.com, explaining what your difficulty is, so that we can help you. We will reply as soon as possible.

How can I track the status of my order?

Exchanges and Refunds

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can legally exchange your order within 14 days of the day you received it. However, the product needs to be in perfect condition: unused and with the original box undamaged.

What to do if a product arrives damaged at delivery?

Upon delivery you have 24 hours to report any problems. Please send an email to payments@ocactuu.com with the order number, product reference and photos.

Can I return my order?

What should I do to exchange/return an order?

To initiate the return process you should contact o cactuu's Customer Service by sending an email to payments@ocactuu.com. 

Instructions and care of vases and pots

Ceramics may not be 100% waterproof. By placing water inside, a condensation effect can be created on the outside of the vase. Please note that the vase or pot should not be placed on surfaces that cannot withstand moisture.

To clean your vase craft, we recommend applying a soft cloth gently. Add a small amount of water if necessary.

About the products

Each piece is handmade and may contain small variations (colour, size, etc), which makes each piece unique. We cannot guarantee that they are exactly like the photographs. The variations may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials used or due to imperfections already existing in the pieces.
