AZUL started 6 years ago in Marseille in France. And the adventure continues today with the boutiques in Aix-en-Provence and Lisbon. It is a concept-store dedicated to the Mediterranean. We found original and qualitative products made by craftsmen and designers with a unique know-how. Why AZUL? Azul means « blue » in Spanish and Portuguese. A word that reflects the bluecolor of the Mediterranean. In Berber language, Azul means « Good morning ». It alludes to the well-known Mediterranean generosity and conviviality.

AZUL, it is about decoration, ceramics, accessories, lights, rugs, books, and food delicacies...and so much more!
It is a demanding selection to develop a long lasting and trustworthy partnership with Mediterranean craftsmen and designers. We have travelled kilometers and surfed hours on the web to find these gems! Treasures with a unique know-how from France, Portugal, Turkey, Greece, Spain, Italy, Tunisia...a true journey in the Mediterranean.

When we received our first order of ceramics from O CACTUU we were blown away by the quality of execution. They all looked perfect. We could have thought it was made with mold but no, it wasn’t! The ceramics were handmade by very gifted craftsmen.
And O CACTUU, it is about color. We love the mat colors! Working with Filipe on our own collections, we could develop such a great palette of colors that suited the Mediterranean style of AZUL.
